Located on Level 2 of the Moscone West Convention Center, there is a Mamava pod for nursing mothers available throughout the meeting. These pods are private and secure with roomy bench and a place to plug in your pump.

Please note that there will be no on-site childcare provided by the ISSCR at ISSCR 2027.

Safety Guidelines for Children Onsite

The ISSCR welcomes attendees with children. Children are permitted in Plenary, Concurrent Track, and Poster Sessions; this includes baby-wearing of young children. The ISSCR asks that all children over the age of 5 have a name badge printed for them onsite at the Registration Desk.

To ensure the safety of all children in attendance and to create a productive and fulfilling meeting atmosphere for all attendees, we ask all parents and caregivers to abide by the following guidelines and requirements:

  • All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in all meeting areas.

  • Parents and caregivers should do their best to ensure that children are not disruptive in any sessions they attend (including poster sessions). No running or rough play will be permitted, and parents/caregivers may be asked to leave the space by event staff if the child(ren) are causing a distraction.

  • Parents and caregivers who need to leave the session room will be able to listen to an audio/slide capture of most ISSCR 2027 scientific sessions on-demand after the meeting.

  • For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the exhibit & poster hall during set-up or break-down times.
