meet-up hub | exhibit & poster hall

Create your own small group gathering at ISSCR 2027! We are providing the opportunity for a dedicated, reservable networking space for attendees to use to build new connections at the Annual Meeting. 

• Get together with labs and colleagues with whom you are collaborating 

• Network with scientists who share common research interests, i.e., all zebrafish enthusiasts 

• Reserve a time to network with other students or post docs 

• Create a time to connect with scientists from your country  

This networking space is for ISSCR 2027 attendees to reserve 45-minute time slots for 15, 16, or 17 June. To reserve your small group space in the Exhibit & Poster Hall, we need an attendee to take the lead to reserve the time and day and provide a short title and description.  

The Meet-Up Hub schedule and description will be featured on the ISSCR 2027 online Agenda and meeting app. The Meet-Up Hub is not for presentations, nor for product demonstrations or sales presentations*. Audio/visual equipment will not be available, nor are they permitted.  

Use this space to connect with groups that might otherwise be difficult to find in the crowd. These Meet-Up Hubs will occur during poster sessions in the Exhibit & Poster Hall.
